How do I submit a deposit request to you?

For now, you will need to send us the deposit request over email. Please refer to our guide to submitting a deposit request for detailed instructions.

Which banks can you make deposits to?

We can deposit to any bank that supports mail-in deposits. The top 5 national banks support this. These banks are Bank of America, Chase, Citibank, HSBC, and Wells Fargo. Online banks and brokerage firms also support sending deposits through mail.

If you are not sure whether your bank supports mail-in deposits, just give them a call and ask. You can also send us an email to ask. We store a list of banks that we have made deposits to in the past. If we don’t find your bank in our list, we can try contacting them to find out the information and then add it to our list.

What is mail-in deposit and how does it work?

Mail-in deposit is a service offered by banks that allows you to send them checks to deposit by postal mail. Usually banks have lockboxes (special PO Boxes) that accepts these deposits. Once they receive the deposit, the checks will be processed and funds will be deposited in your bank account.

How long does it usually take to see the deposit in my account?

We process your request and mail out your deposit usually within 24 hours. Mail transit time usually takes 1-3 business days using USPS First Class Mail. Bank processing time vary for each bank. On average, the entire process normally takes about 1 week.

Do banks charge fees for mail-in deposits?

Some smaller or regional banks may charge minimal fees for mail-in deposits. Larger national banks do not charge you for this. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank. So do check before you submit a deposit request.
