Do you receive mail and letters from FedEx, UPS and other couriers?
We can accept mail and letters from all couriers, including FedEx and UPS. A regular PO Box will only allow you to accept parcels from USPS itself.

What’s the processing time for new mail, scan requests, and forwarding requests?
Incoming mail is processed and usually available immediately the same day. This means if mail comes in Monday, you’ll get it Monday. Mail usually arrives in the early afternoon and will be in your mailbox mid-late afternoon.
For mail page scanning requests, our current processing time is normally less than 4 business hours. If you submit your mail page scanning request before 3pm PST, it will usually be processed that same day.
Mail and package forwarding requests are usually processed within 6 business hours. If forwarding request is received before 3pm PST, it will get mailed out the same day. Otherwise, mail will be shipped out the following business day.
How long do you store physical mail for? What about online digital mail?
Currently, physical mail is stored for up to 60 days from the day it’s inducted. After 60 days, your physical mail will be trashed. Online digital copies of your mail is permanently stored and will never be removed unless you delete it manually.
