Do you receive packages from FedEx and UPS and other couriers?
We accept packages from all couriers, including FedEx and UPS. A regular PO Box will only allow you to accept parcels from USPS itself.
What shipping options are available? Do you ship via FedEx or UPS or other couriers?
Currently, we only offer First Class and Priority Mail shipping through USPS, available to both domestic and international shipments. We will allow you to ship via FedEx or UPS in the near future once we integrate their system with ours.
Is tracking number or delivery confirmation available for shipments?
- USPS Domestic First Class DOES NOT offer tracking information. However, if you write an email to us requesting to send the shipment as Certified Mail, we will do this for you. USPS Certified Mail offers tracking information at an additional cost of $2.80. We will deduct this cost from your account balance.
- USPS Domestic Priority Mail DOES come with tracking. We include FREE Delivery Confirmation with every shipment.
- All USPS international shipments to countries outside of the US DO NOT come with tracking.
