What is your location address?

For customer privacy, the full address is shown on the first page of each plan sign up. Click any sign up button to view it.

Do you have other or non-California locations?

We currently only have on location here in California, but we do plan to open up more locations.

Is your mailbox address a real street address?

Our location is a real commercial street address. You can use it to receive mail and packages from all couriers. You can also use it in places where a PO Box address is not allowed.

I’m a foreigner. Can I sign up for a mailbox?

Yes, a non-US resident or foreigner can sign up for a mailbox without any problems. You may also use your local IDs for verification. Other than a few exceptions, you can also have your Form 1583 notarized by a local notary.

Do you accept PayPal?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), but we do not accept PayPal. If you would like to use PayPal, you can get a PayPal Debit Card and then use that to sign up and make payment. Debit cards are accepted.

What is free mail?

Free mail covers the scanning of the front side of each incoming mail envelope. They basically count the number of mail received.

What are free scans?

Free scans covers the scanning of the contents of the mail pieces. One free scan covers up to the first 10 pages inside a mail piece. Additional pages are charged an extra per page fee. An average of 95% of all mail processed by us do not go over 10 pages.

What is a recipient?

Recipients are those names you receive mail under. These are used to induct your mail to the correct mailbox. Recipients are especially helpful in the event that your senders use the wrong mailbox number or no mailbox number at all. You can read more about how recipients work.

Do I need to submit a Form 1583?

Per USPS regulations, you are required to submit a notarized Form 1583 and 2 IDs to us for opening a mailbox.
