Lessor's utility bill — Provided at no extra cost, this bill is issued under the landlord’s name and shows active utility service at the property. It’s typically delivered within 1 business day and is sufficient to prove that the office building physically exists. NOTE: This generally won’t work to satisfy bank requirements.

Custom utility bill (optional add-on) — For an additional fee, you can set up utility service (landline or Internet) under your company’s name. We help with ordering and installation. You’ll handle payments and cancellations directly with the provider. Setup typically takes about 1-2 weeks. This option offers the fastest and most reliable method for KYC/AML verifications.
