Virtual Post Mail forwards your mail and packages at an affordable price that is competitive with other mail forwarding services.

Virtual Post Mail ships exclusively with US Postal Service (USPS). First Class Mail and Priority Mail shipping are the primary two shipping methods we offer. Express or Overnight shipping is unavailable.

We use advanced pricing technology to calculate the best possible price for you. To do this, we integrate directly with USPS to retrieve real time shipping options and prices. This information is then run through a series of analysis to determine the best price for you.

Domestic Shipping

USPS First Class Mail

Usually delivered 1-3 days after shipping.

  • Single letter – starts at $1.95 for up to 5 oz and increases according to weight for up to 13 oz.
  • 2+ letters – starts at $2.95 for up to 5 oz and increases according to weight up to 13 oz.

USPS Priority Mail

Usually delivered 1-3 days after shipping.

  • Letters only – starts at $8.95 and increases according to weight up to 70 pounds.
  • Packages – price depends on the weight and is calculated in real time based on the number of packages included, whether extra packing materials are required, and if mail is included with the packages.
  • FREE Delivery Confirmation with tracking number for all Priority Mail shipping.

International Shipping

USPS First Class Mail

Delivery time varies by country.

  • Single letter – starts at $4.95 for up to 3oz and increases according to weight for up to 64 oz.
  • 2+ letters – starts at $5.95 for up to 3oz and increases according to weight up to 64 oz.

USPS Priority Mail

Usually delivered 6-10 days after shipping.

  • Letters only – starts at $27.95 and increases according to weight up to 70 pounds.
  • Packages – price depends on the weight and is calculated in real time based on the number of packages included, whether extra packing materials are required, and if mail is included with the packages.

Custom Services

Custom delivery options are available upon written email request. You must provide the shipment number to us and let us know what options you want to use. The cost of the delivery option will be deducted separately from your account balance and is the same as what USPS charges.

We provide all delivery options that is available and offered by USPS. You can find detailed USPS delivery options and pricing on their web site. Not every option is available for all shipping methods. Below is a short list of popular options used.

  • Delivery Confirmation – gives you a tracking number that you can use to find out the status of your shipment. This option comes FREE for all Priority Mail shipping. It is not available for First Class Mail. You will need to use Certified Mail in order to get tracking for First Class Mail.
  • Certified Mail – gives you a tracking number, signature confirmation, and proof of mailing for both First Class Mail or Priority Mail. If you need to make sure someone gets this and you need proof, this is the option you use.
  • Signature Confirmation – requires the receiving party to sign for the delivered mail. This option is also available for First Class Mail and Priority Mail.
