Nevada is 1 of 9 states that does not have state income tax, meaning you are exempt from any state income taxes that you would otherwise have to pay if you were a resident of another state.

Each TruResidence home address has a limited capacity and can only accommodate a specific number of accounts. Once this capacity is reached, the address will be closed for further sign-ups.

If needed, you can rent a space at the address. Renting a space provides you with a lease agreement to use for proof of address purposes. You’ll pay the first month’s rent, a one-time processing/setup fee, and a refundable deposit returned upon termination of the lease. Additional documentation and credit checks may be required.

All incoming mail is received at the condo tower’s secure facility, ensuring it is never left sitting in an outdoor mailbox by the street. From there, it is safely transported and delivered directly to the closest VPM processing center.

Once received, mail is processed, stored on-site, and monitored 24/7 with security cameras and access control systems.
